ARMA International is a global not-for-profit association on managing records and information that has served, since 1955, as the trusted source for standards, best practices, publications, and other resources on the various aspects of records and information management. ARMA International is the world’s largest professional association for records and information management professionals, with more than 10,000 members worldwide.
It was a key contributor to the international records management standard, ISO-15489. The association also advocates good records and information management practices in the USA, the EU and Canada.
ARMA Europe is the European Region of ARMA International. It was created in 2009, making it the only entity which brings together RIM professionals from all over Europe.
